New York based photographer Ofra Lapid may not be an urban explorer, but she too has a fascination with humanity's neglected architecture.
Her Broken Houses photographs depict painstakingly detailed scale models of dilapidated houses based on images she found while scouring the internet.
Set against a neutral gray backdrop in Lapid's studio, the houses make for a fascinating study of how time, wind, rain, and neglect can ravage the structures in which we construct our lives.
